cause this is serious, billy gave those demos out for the fans to enjoy and share with everyone....this isnt right...can someone help this poor guy??? i wish i could...the site is officially closed now, but the admins NEED i repeat NEED to find a way to get in touch with billy....he can straightn all this out...how can something that was given out be under a copyright violation when it was given for the exact reason that this man had them....this is bullshit, this mans life is goin to be ruined cause of this...so sad... i say we all do our part as zwan fans and pumpkinheads alike and make some kind of charity....and we can all help pay for this....because it is partly because of this man that we enjoy the musicwe have......and i think its time to show him that we can do more than just download music for free.....

i dont think the main problem is with things like mashed potatoes etc that were demos given out... it is the live matierial that was hosted. that stuff is what they have a problem with.

long story short, a guy in denmark is in trouble with his government for sharing live sp songs on an american server. apparently he could be up for some hefty fines

his site says that as log as he takes the songs down and deletes them (haha sure he will delete them) he will not face any fines so his life is not ruined.....just the site

no... I don't know wether I'll have to pay... I have appealed to the legal advisor to look at my case and I'm hoping he'll be understanding. But the latest I know is that they do want me to pay. I don't know what will happen. Anyway, my life won't be ruined. It'll just be more... interesting. Yeah, that's the word.
