Well I've been reading up on the law and ignorance might be a defense. Depending on wether they will believe me and other factors. If they find I was in "good faith" they can still ask me to pay for the music but then they can't ask me to pay more than I earned and since I didn't earn anything with my site that would be nothing. I'm hoping for something like that to happen.

It proves no good deed goes unpunished! as the cliche goes someday(hopefully soon) you can look back and laugh at the situation!

Plume, so so sorry. this sucks. Thanks for everything though.. and I'd be happy to help you out if you need some money to pay them. If they charge you by how many downloads there were, I'll be sure to pay my share of the songs i got.. which isnt that much though (storytellers, adore demons, random live stuff).. we're all hoping everything works out.

Here where i live that holds true for criminal responsability (like you said, arresting).. But only the direct interested or someone with a direct delegation can ask for financial restitution. Where i live. But anyways, hehe like he said, KODA has the powers for this...
